I lived in Australia for a semester of college and purchased a "Boomerang Pass" which literally allowed me to jet-set around the continent for a few hundred dollars.
JetBlue is trying something similar with the All-You-Can-Jet Pass. These times create very interesting marketing and sales strategies, indeed.
You can fly anywhere you'd like, as often as you'd like, between September 8th and October 8th. (Pass sales end tonight at 8pm MDT.) Slackers like me can even book travel up to three days before departure, and there are no black out days. Ready for more? No change or cancelation fees within three days either. Let me say that again: NO BLACKOUT DATES OR CHANGE FEES.
This is seriously awesome! Planning my itinerary now. (Why not?) I'll go to Austin, TX first because I've never been there. Then head to Bermuda for a weekend of snorkeling and Dark and Stormy cocktails. Next stop: Nassau, followed by Aruba and Barbados. The problem is I have to go back to Ft Lauderdale in between. (Oh yeah, and I have two kids. Can they come for free?) Now there is a marketing idea.
